A Daughter's Healing Journey

I was raised in a narcissistic family system by my mother and stepfather, where love was conditional and I learned to abandon myself. The exception was my dad, Phineas, whose unconditional love became the truth I would one day return to.

My healing journey has been about reclaiming my voice, restoring my sense of safety, rediscovering the truth of who I am, and remembering that my worth has always been inherent.

Growth is a sacred experiment and an intentional exploration of new ways to think, live, and love. Each small step brings me closer to my true self, and every aligned choice helps me build a life rooted in clarity and purpose.

At the heart of my healing journey is the gift of Phineas Magic, which is the unmistakable presence of my dad’s unconditional love woven together with God’s guidance. This spiritual companionship has helped me release what no longer belongs to me, reclaim my voice, and trust the truth I carry. Through that light, I have learned to honor my soul’s purpose and walk forward with peace and freedom.
