A Daughter's Healing Journey

Raised by a narcissistic mother, most of my life was shaped by lies, gaslighting, emotional neglect, relentless criticism, and the heavy burden of parentification. Healing has been the gentle unraveling of these deeply woven patterns and a courageous step into the unknown. 

I’m no longer who I once was, yet I’m still evolving into who I’m meant to become. Growth is a sacred experiment - a soft, deliberate exploration of new ways to think, live, and love. Each small step moves me closer to my true self, and every choice builds the life my soul is destined to live.

At the center of my Healing Journey is the Gift of Phineas Magic - the profound, unmistakable presence of my dad’s love guiding me home to myself. His spiritual companionship has been the quiet force helping me untangle the past, release old wounds, reclaim my voice, and remember who I truly am. In his light, I have learned to trust my truth, to honor my soul’s calling, and to walk forward with purpose, clarity, and peace.
