A Daughter's Healing Journey

I am healing from a lifetime of narcissistic family dynamics, manipulation, and lies that taught me to abandon myself, suppress my needs, and measure my worth through achievement. I also carry the impact of serious trauma that was minimized and hidden rather than protected or addressed.

My healing journey is about reclaiming my voice, restoring my sense of safety, rediscovering the truth about my life, and remembering that my worth has always been inherent.

Growth is a sacred experiment and an intentional exploration of new ways to think, live, and love. Each small step brings me closer to my true self, and every aligned choice builds a life rooted in clarity and purpose.
