Your body is a sacred partner in your healing: always present, always communicating, always working to support your highest good. When you move with breath and intention, the mind softens, tension releases, and your energy begins to flow again. The body and mind are one system. The body can’t fully rest unless the mind relaxes ... and the mind can’t find peace without the grounding support of the body.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices, we reconnect with this truth. With each breath and stretch, the nervous system unwinds, circulation improves, and the body’s innate intelligence awakens - naturally restoring balance, clarity, and ease. Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with a single breath, a gentle stretch, and a moment of presence. Here, we return to simple practices that help you release tension, calm the mind, and move with your body’s natural wisdom.

Body Tapping is an ancient practice, used in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, martial arts, massage, and bodywork as well as modern EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Tapping improves circulation and lymph detoxification as well as warms up your body and awakens your energetic meridian channels. You can tap with fingers, fists, or open palms. Start lightly and then tap more strongly as your body gets used to it. Begin by following this sequence, and then when you're comfortable, tap anywhere you want. Add music and body movements to increase the effect of tapping.
When life feels heavy, this Qigong practice offers lightness, peace, and a return to hope. Through body tapping, flowing movements and mindful breathing, we’ll release emotional tension and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and possibility. Perfect for times of stress, sadness, or overwhelm — or whenever you need to reset your heart and mind.
This class can be done daily for digestive health. Combining traditional Qigong tapping, twisting and belly pumping exercises with a modern twist...literally! Power, perseverance and protection. Bear Walk Qigong with Master Vivien Chao.
No words, just moves.
This is a short video teaching 8-form Qigong class. Also, there is a short guided relaxation session at the end. He teaches moving the body with breath as a straightforward technique for relaxing the mind. The body is always right there with the mind, and it cannot rest unless the mind relaxes. When the body relaxes, it releases tension, improving the flow of your energetic and vascular systems. The body is constantly working to make itself perfect in every way. It has its own innate intelligence.
