While spreading Phineas' ashes in the mountains of Colorado on April 13, 2024, which would have been his 79th birthday, we listened to this song that was commissioned in his honor. The song is called “True Love,” and it was recorded by songwriter Guthrie Brown. The photos shared with the song in the video below are from Phineas' Journal, which he cherished and is shared here. Thank you, dad, for being here in spirit to remind us of true love.

In April 2026, the song my dad wrote for Cindy in 1982 was brought to life by Jason Benney. I played it for her at Phineas’ Rock in Crowe Gulch on Pikes Peak, where we felt his love and presence all around us. What was once written is now heard. This is Phineas Magic.
