This Marker is on Pike's Peak Toll Road, located at the Crowe Gulch turnout, which has restrooms and parking.The elevation is 8,540 feet, and the GPS coordinates are 38° 54.034′ N, 104° 59.495′ W.

On April 13, 2024, Phineas' ashes were set free on the Phineas Rock. At the trailhead, take the path to the RIGHT at the fork. Then keep right and hike up past the first set of boulders. At the second set, you will find Tonya's Rock to the right, which is a beautiful (and flat) place to sit and enjoy the view. From her rock, look up and left to find the Phineas Rock.
